2022 Spring Gala

Dust off your vintage hats, dig out your spats, and join your neighbors and friends for an in-person celebration!

Join CCHS for the 2022 Spring Gala on May 22 at 5 p.m. at the home of Kathie Legg and Rajib Chanda, 111 East Melrose Street, Chevy Chase, Maryland. This year's Gala house, located near Brookville Road, was originally part of the assembled property of historic 101 East Melrose Street. In 1986, this parcel was subdivided and acclaimed newscaster and Chevy Chase Village resident David Brinkley built 111 East Melrose Street on the current lot. Four families have lived in the house since Brinkley. The current owners and our gracious hosts, Kathie Legg and Rajib Chanda, recently completed a stunning renovation of the home and grounds.

Vintage hats welcome! Attendance is limited, please buy your ticket by May 18.

Proceeds from this event support the programs, research and collections of CCHS.
